Steeped in Swedish engineering history, Primus, founded in 1892 by Frans Lindgvist and John Svenson has been globally recognized for pioneering outdoor cooking. A Primus stove accompanied Roald Amundsen when he was the first person to reach the South Pole in 1911 and Sir Edmund Hilary and Tenzing Norgay used a Primus on Mount Everest when they climbed the summit in 1953.
The lamp part of the creation is an IKEA Frado desk lamp that creates a soft, cozy mood light in any room. It comes with the recommended LED bulb E27 100 lumen globe clear and is compatible with bulbs of the energy classes A++ to D.
The Primus Stove is brass, the cooking ring is cast steel, the base of the light fitting is polypropylene plastic and the globe is glass.
